Our product is widely used not only on ordinary glass but especially on water-repellent glass due to its excellent slidability and durability, and is applied by car and car accessory manufacturers.
  • Main Ingredients
    • PTFE, graphite, silicone rubber, urethane resin
  • Features
    • Excellent slidability and durability.
    • Excellent wiping performance ensures good visibility.
    • Excellent slidability prevents vibrations and noise.
    • Reduces the reversal sound of wipers.
    • The product is a two-component curing type with excellent adhesion durability.
    • Excellent cold and heat resistance prevents sticking to the glass.
    • Can be applied to both water-repellent and ordinary glass.
    • Water-repellent treated glass can extend the life of the water-repellent film.

  • WEATHER STRIP RUBBER
In high-performance cars, the pressure between the rubber and the body must be high in sunroofs with tilt mechanisms, so high slidability has been required. Lubricant coating is applied to the rubber to ensure smooth operation of the roof, especially for the up and down of the tilt and to prevent noise. Our product shows excellent slidability even at pressures where conventional products cannot operate and combines excellent low and high-temperature anti-sticking properties, making it a completely new type of coating not experienced before. Additionally, the product is applied to the weather strips of doors and slide doors to reduce opening and closing force due to its excellent low and high-temperature anti-sticking properties.
  • Main Ingredients
    • PTFE, graphite, silicone resin
  • Features
    • Prevents noise.
    • Prevents sticking at low and high temperatures.
    • Exhibits excellent slipperiness under harsh conditions (dust, high temperature, low temperature).
    • Excellent durability.
    • Low friction coefficient.
    • One-coat type that does not require a primer.

  • GLASSRUN RUBBER
In high-performance cars, the pressure between the rubber and the glass must be high in door glass runs, so high slipperiness has been required. Additionally, water-repellent side glass is less smooth than ordinary glass and becomes less slippery due to weather effects. Under these conditions, a new type of lubricant coating is applied to the rubber to ensure smooth operation and prevent noise. Our product is a new type of coating that combines excellent durability and outstanding low and high-temperature anti-sticking properties even under harsh conditions.

    • PTFE, graphite, silicone, urethane resin
